Friday 23rd September 9:30 am to12.00 noon Arts and Craft Group , - bring anything – art or craft - you fancy doing and coffee and tea are provided. Cost £3. (at Trinity Church building)

Also Sunday 25th September: at St Ed’s, 8am Holy Communion, 9.30am Mustard Tree and 11.15am Holy Communion. Plus online 11:15am Informal Service and 6.30pm Sunday Club.

Additionally at 8am daily (except Sunday) we will be posting a ‘Daily bitesize prayer’ on the St Ed's Facebook page.

Saturday 8th October Domino Singers 3.00pm Autumn songs. For Christian Aid and St Peter’s Church.

HM Queen As we continue to give thanks for the Queen and to pray for King Charles III our churches continue to be open each day with a book of condolence and prayer cards available. The book of condolence will be available until the end of this week.

Archdeacon’s visit We are very pleased to welcome our Archdeacon, Ven Keith James, visiting us today (18th) Ven Keith will be at Mustard Tree Church and preaching at 11.15am. We welcome him and his ministry amongst us.

Rev Gill Osborne has been Licensed by Bishop Graham. Rev Gill will be speaking at a celebration service at St Ed’s on 25th September at 11.15am, followed by a Bring and Share lunch. There is a sign-up sheet at the back of church if you would like to contribute to the lunch.

Harvest will take place on 9th October and will include a soup and bread lunch in church for all those who are able to stay.

Domino Singers will be at St Peter’s Saturday 8th October 3.00pm. An afternoon of Autumn songs, in support of Christian Aid and St Peter’s Church. Everyone welcome.

Shoeboxes will be greatly appreciated for our appeal in November.

We will be collecting Christmas Shoeboxes as part of the Blythswood appeal – see more details on their website https://blythswood.org/shoeboxappeal/

Shoeboxes are sent to people of different ages in the poorest parts of Eastern Europe. This year shoeboxes will be delivered to vulnerable people in Ukraine, Albania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Kosovo, Moldova, Romania and Serbia.

Empty shoeboxes (as well as filled ones) will be greatly appreciated please leave in St Eds.
