Healing Service today (the 31st July) is a fifth Sunday. We will be holding a Healing Service at St Ed’s at 11.15am. David Howard will be preaching, Rev Stella leading, and there will be the opportunity of prayer with the laying on of hands. The congregation will be invited to come forward and receive a prayer of healing for either themselves or for another. (There won’t necessarily be the need for an explanation of the healing needed, unless people would prefer to). There will not be a celebration of Holy Communion.

Newday is happening at the Showground – the annual huge Christian gathering of teenagers from across the UK and beyond. 1st to 5th August. Some of our youngsters from Rspace will be going. Please pray for the move of the Holy Spirit amongst young people.

Ride and Stride The annual Norfolk Churches Trust Bike Ride is on Saturday 10th September. Everyone is invited to be sponsored in walking or cycling between churches to raise money for the Trust and for our churches. Further details are in St Ed’s and St Peter’s

Archdeacon’s visit our Archdeacon, Ven Keith James, will be visiting us on 18th September. We hope this will be a joyful celebration and affirmation of our life and ministry at St Ed’s and St Peter’s. Ven Keith will be pleased to meet members of our congregation and to join with us in our worship that day.
