Joyce Ashmore the funeral service for Joyce will be at St Ed’s on Wednesday 15th June at 1.00pm, and will be followed by refreshments in church. Everyone is welcome as we give thanks for Joyce’s life and her faith in the Lord.

Julian Bryant’s last Sunday at St Ed’s is on 19th June. Julian will be preaching at the 11.15am Holy Communion service.

Rev Val’s Ordination to the Priesthood is on Saturday 25th June at 10.30am at the Cathedral. There is an open invitation to anyone who would like to attend to support Rev Val in this new step in her ministry. If you would like to go, please be in the Cathedral before 10.00am

Rev Val’s First Communion service will be at St Ed’s on Sunday 26th June at 11.15am. Please come along for this important service. There will be a shared lunch following the service. A sign up sheet if you are able to bring food is at the back of church.

Archdeacon Ian Bentley’s funeral The Bentley Family invite everyone to celebrate the life of The Ven Ian Bentley, Archdeacon of Lynn, at the Cathedral on Wednesday 15th June at 12.30pm. Refreshments will be served after in the Cloisters and all are welcome.

Ukraine

As part of our response to the crisis we are meeting in St Ed’s church every weekday morning to pray, 8.45am to 9.15am. Everyone welcome.

Hexachordia will play The Food of Love, music in the plays of William Shakespeare, at St Peter’s Ringland on Saturday 30th July.
