‘Discover your church’ Day on Saturday 12th August we will be welcoming as many from our community as possible for refreshments, craft activities for children, hearing the organ played, a heritage trail and other activities. Part of this will be to highlight the organ, the East window, and the thatched chancel that are all in need of repair. There are fascinating stories behind St Ed’s. to interest everyone in our community. if you feel you can help on the day please let Rev Paul or the Churchwardens know.
‘Romp through the OT’ Sunday 30th July (a fifth Sunday) an interactive worship led by Rev Gill - a walk through books of the Bible.
Bible groups – we have a range and variety of different groups meeting together to read God’s word and to pray together. The groups are a great encouragement in our discipleship of Jesus. A number of the groups have vacancies. if you are interested in joining a group, please speak to Rev Paul.
