The Benefice of St Neot and Warleggan serves the villages of St Neot, Mount and Warleggan, and the hamlets and farmsteads spread across 25 square miles of the southern part of Bodmin Moor, and we have a population of around 1200 people.
Stretching from our northern boundary just below Jamaica Inn to the south along the A38 and from the River Fowey in the east to the River Warleggan in the west.
The churches of the benefice are central and integral to the vibrant communities which they serve. We are liberal catholic by tradition, open and inclusive, valuing good worship, critical thinkers in matters of faith, and have a strong sense of community and seek to offer good pastoral care.
Our worship is centred around the Eucharist in both modern and traditional forms, and we are developing other forms of non-Eucharistic services and experimental worship from Taizé, the Celtic tradition, agricultural and a blessing of animal services.
You are welcome, regardless of the how much or how little you believe.
