Every fourth Sunday we do something slightly less formal.
Not too different but a chance to explore other ways of worshipping. Be prepared to be surprised, inspired and challenged whatever your age or faith background.

One month it’s Forest Café Church – outside for some of the time, weather permitting.

The other month follows a more traditional pattern but will always be less formal.

Cafe Style seating. Coffee, tea, juice, cake, or biscuits are available throughout both services.

Our congregation loves to welcome children to any of our services but if you worry about bringing them to 'ordinary' services do come and join us on the fourth Sunday of every month when we try to make things less formal. Our monthly service of Holy Communion. Everyone welcome. Covid safety precautions continue to be taken by not sharing the common communion cup. Instead the priest dips the wafer for each communicant. Some of our congregation continue to wear masks so please feel free to do so if you wish. There are chairs at the back for those who prefer to maintain social distancing during the service. Come and experience the magic of our medieval church by candlelight. An evening of traditional carols and readings - with a twist. Mulled wine and mince pies to follow. Bring a torch - it will be dark!
