The annual Wassail service - to bless the fruit trees in the South Hill Community Orchard at Golberdon - was held in sunshine at last. Last year it was held in a downpour and this year's event was postponed for a week to avoid even worse weather. It finally took place on Sunday with bread and cider for the trees and mulled apple juice and cake goodies for the wassailers. Thank you to the Keliwic Golowi band for some great music.
