We host a safe and welcoming space for all those looking for gentle exercise to help stretch and keep fit.
Class starts at 2pm Tuesdays and is followed by refreshments.

Pop-up cafe where we shall be serving freshly prepared home-made (where possible) soup & refreshments. All are welcome and it is free but we will have a donation box. All are welcome.
