Occurring
for 1 hour
Venue Address
Sedgewell Road Sonning Common Reading, RG4 9TS, United Kingdom
Everybody welcome to Christ the King, at 9.30am.

Please bring your own face masks to the services.
There will be seating available in the Hall for any who do not feel comfortable in the inner church. Or do join us via the streaming using the zoom link! Please contact [email protected] if you need this link.
RECTOR’S NOTE - "Plan B". What this means is that masks are now compulsory for all while inside our churches. The exceptions are for those people who are exempt from wearing a face covering, and for the members of our choirs while they are singing. For the congregation, I would encourage you to keep your face covering on while singing - having just done this at the convent for three days, I can say that it is possible, and protects those around you. Can I also remind you to sanitise your hands on entering and leaving the church.

Safeguarding

The parish of Kidmore End and Sonning Common is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Oxford’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.
The menu, on the left side of this page, gives a link to Parish Safeguarding Officer and Policy.
