Our generous donations of food and clothing throughout 2024, and our financial donations during Lent, together with those from many other sources, have ensured that CIRDIC is able to continue to provide its excellent service to the homeless, for at least another year. The following is a reminder of CIRDIC’s Mission Statement -“ To welcome as Christ welcomed those who are in need. To offer love, hope and compassion, within a Christian ethos, in order to restore human dignity, self-respect and well-being. To work together, within our community, to increase awareness of our shared responsibility towards the marginalised, in our society.”Any food, clothing and toiletries you are able to spare will be much appreciated. Currently, there is a particular need for toothpaste and toothbrushes. Due to building works, Christ the King is inaccessible at present, but the collection box at St John’s, Kidmore End, remains available. For those who would prefer to donate by cheque, please make it payable to CIRDIC.The “ Just Giving “ link for making a donation to CIRDIC is http://www.justgiving.com/cirdicLinda Martin and Peter Blake.…………………………………………………………………………………………………….
