St Gennys Parish Church

Welcome to the parish church of St Gennys, set on the beautiful clifftops of North Cornwall, but still very much at the heart of this rural community.

We are an Anglican church, part of the Boscastle Group of Churches, in the Deanery of Stratton. We are in the Anglican Diocese of Truro and county of Cornwall, England.

We have a regular, monthly Eucharist Service, on the first Sunday of the month, as well as at other times during the year. Please refer to our 'Services and Events' or find us on Facebook. If you live in the parish or are just visiting, whether it is your first time at church or you have been before, we look forward to welcoming you!

Safeguarding

Our parish of St Gennys is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Truro’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO [[email protected]] or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor [[email protected]]. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
