A notice giving the objects of proposed pastoral reorganisation affecting the parish has or will be displayed near the main door and on the Church of England website. The Notice includes the last date by which representations regarding the proposed reorganisation may be made to the Church Commissioners. Basically this is the next legal step towards the formation of the new "Dodman Cross Benefice", to give notice that the reorganisation of the parishes is taking place and that people can contact the Church Commissioners to support or object to the changes. The notice is on the porch notice board or I can forward you a email copy if you require. One encouraging sign from this is that even if it seems to us to be moving forward at the speed of a tortoise, the reorganisation is moving forward.
