St. Breoke

St. Breock, Wadebridge PL27 7JS

This beautiful church is situated in the hamlet of St Breock in a quiet wooded valley, about a mile to the west of Wadebridge town centre. Work on the church commenced in the 13th century, but it was almost completely rebuilt in the 17th Century. The tower has six 18th century bells. 2009 saw the 750th Anniversary of the dedication of the church by Bishop Branscombe.

Safeguarding

Our Parish is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO https://www.wadebridgeparish.org.uk/new-safeguarding-policies/
or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor

If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
