St Keverne church is the spiritual centre of the village. We are family friendly and welcome all who come to join us in worship; for those in need of a quiet sanctuary or place of prayer, and equally for those who are interested in the church’s heritage. The parish church is accessed via a flight of steps from the central square in the village of St Keverne. It is one of the few churches in Cornwall to have a spire.
Our parish of St.Keverne and St.Peter's is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Truro’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO Karen Richards (Churchwarden 01326 280864 ), the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor Andy Earl, Head of Safeguarding - Diocesan Safeguarding Officer, 01872 274351 or the Rural Dean, Revd Heidi Huntley, 01326 334370. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
