WELCOME TO OUR CHURCH

St.Mawgan Church welcomes you! We are situated a short walk from the main village. The church is a haven for those wishing to find a place of peace and quiet away from the business of life.

The Safeguarding contact for St.Mawgan church is Lindsay Hockley, Churchwarden of St.Mawgan Church.

Our What3Words location is ///trader.stuck.crumb

The church is open every day during daylight hours for private prayer or just to walk round and enjoy the peace of our church.

Our services are covered by Deanery ministers. Any enquiries should be addressed to the Churchwardens in the first instance.

Details of service scan also be found on our Facebook page. Where there is a fifth Sunday, the venue for the service will vary. Please see up to date information on the 'Services and Events' page.

Safeguarding

Our parish of St.Mawgan-in-Meneage is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Truro’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the Churchwarden, L.Hockley, 01326 221740 or the Diocesan Head of Safeguarding, Andy Earl, 01872 274351 or the Rural Dean, Revd Heidi Huntley, 01326 334370. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
