Friston celebrates the Coronation of our King. You are invited to join us in the Village Hall from 10.30am where we will be live streaming the events of the day.
Please bring a picnic and your own soft/alcoholic drinks.
Afternoon tea and cake will be served from approx 14.30 - 16.00 with an opportunity to share memories of the last Coronation and Jubilee events and there will be a raffle.
All proceeds of the day will be split between Alzheimer's Research UK and the Village Hall.
The event should end approx 16.00.

Friston, St Mary the Virgin

St Mary's strives to be an integral part of the Friston community. Our church and churchyard are open daily between the hours of 10.00am and 4.00pm.

The church is open to all for private prayer, contemplation and reflection. But you are welcome just to pop in and have a look inside.

We hold weekly services and celebrations throughout the year for the Church's major festivals.

We take heart from the many who frequently come to tend the graves of loves ones and ancestors, with visitors from far and wide.

We welcome you to sign our Visitors Book inside the church.

If you feel able, and would like to make a donation, this would be much appreciated to help us to maintain our medieval building.
