Although the church is located some distance from the village centre along a narrow, no footpath, unlit country lane, it is however a well-loved small medieval building standing in a beautiful country churchyard. We know of people who, although not necessarily regular attenders at services, appreciate the church and churchyard as a place of peace and tranquillity away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. During recent challenging times the church remained locked (only opening on Sunday mornings for scheduled services), and in the past have been indebted to our very loyal keyholder who ensured the church was open on a daily basis. Unfortunately, due to ill health, our keyholder is not able to open the church each day at present, but if visitors would like to go inside, please phone one of the two numbers listed on our notice board to gain access. If visiting the church at this time, we would ask that you please use the hand sanitiser, and log your details onto the relevant sheet - both of which are supplied in the porch. Thank you.
