St Edmund's, Hargrave Church

Hargrave Church is a place of worship, refuge, reflection and joy at the centre of village community for over 1,000 years. We work to build our village community with events and services - look at the 'Services and Events' tab. Get in touch using 'Contact Us'

Isolation in a rural village like Hargrave is hidden. We have no pub or shop, most people in work go to work elsewhere, children go to different schools and there is no means of getting about if you can’t drive. How do you meet your neighbours? How do you make friends with others in the village? Supporting the church and the events we arrange bring us together, whether we have faith or none. We are an inclusive church, LGBTQ friendly

Our parish of Hargrave: St Edmund is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO) Jill Upton.
