Charlie will show us how the seeds of spoken English were first set, how each invading force affected the English language, how Shakespeare was really spoken, how the Italian Renaissance influenced our language and a whole lot more. Join us for a very informative and highly entertaining evening, including a dialect tour of the British Isles.
