About Us

Exning is a holy place. Christian worship has been offered here since A.D. 636, when St Felix first proclaimed the good news of God's love in Jesus Christ here. Exning is the birthplace of St Etheldreda, who founded the community of prayer at Ely. The God she knew and loved is the same God we know and love, and you are warmly invited to come to know and love him here, too.

St Martin's church dates from the late twelfth century, and is full of interest. It is a place of prayer and generous hospitality where the good news of Jesus Christ is proclaimed with conviction, sensitivity, and joy.
