St Mary’s

Welcome to St Mary's, we are so pleased that you have found your way to this page.  Our pattern of services reflects the fact that Padbury is one of four churches in the Lenborough Benefice.  It may seem a bit confusing at first but the pattern is the same every month with slight changes at 'special' times, eg Christmas, Easter, Remembrance.

EVERYONE IS ALWAYS WELCOME.  Refreshments are served at the end of each service, giving a great opportunity to get to know each other.  Alex, our wonderful organist, plays for all the services except the 9 am Holy Communion which is a quiet, Book of Common Prayer 'said' service, followed by 'breakfast' type refreshments.  A team of talented bell ringers led by Richard, rings for these services too.

The church is unlocked during the day and there is a Quiet Prayer Garden in the Churchyard, behind the church where there are spectacular views and comfortable seats for you to rest awhile.

Come and join us, our congregations are small but we really love welcoming everyone who joins us at any time.

You will find further useful information on the church porch noticeboard and the noticeboard just inside the gates.
