Join us for our annual Carols by candlelight service. Everyone is welcome to join us as we celebrate the season by singing traditional carols together and listening to the story of Jesus birth. Our Civic choir the Festival Singers will perform classic Christmas pieces and there will be a short reflection as part of the service.

We follow the Church of England lectionary marking the church seasons through our liturgy which is from Common Worship.

Come and join us at 4pm on Christmas Eve as we tell the story of the birth of Jesus, while we put the crib together. This is a lovely informal family service where children can sing and help find the different crib figures and put them together to create our crib scene under the altar.

Join us at our night time Christmas Eve Communion. Traditionally this service would happen at Midnight, but at St Mary's we have this service at 9pm. This is a traditional communion service with hymns, readings and a sermon.

A joyful service of Holy Communion with carols and talk for all the family to celebrate Christmas morning.

Embracing Church is a monthly communion service which encourages all ages to get involved. we have a small worship band and singers supporting our worship songs, a talk and interactive liturgy.

The church doors will be opened at 9.30am to allow people time to get seated before the service and time for private prayer and reflection before the service.
