Dear All,

We're running a Pentecost Songs of Praise (Sunday 31/05/2020 at 5.00pm), and we need you to pick the hymns/worship songs! So our favourites will be sung at the Songs of Praise.

The voting will be in two stages. First, we will collect a list of everyone’s favourite hymns/worship songs. Please only pick one hymn/song to allow a fair representation of people’s favourites. The form will be accepting responses until the end of Sunday (17/05/2020). Just fill in your email and write the name of the hymn in the text box and click submit.

The second stage will allow everyone to pick their top three. Again, we request that everyone only submit one form. There will be a grid, and along the top you’ll see “1” to “3”. 1 = favourite

3 = third favourite.

We’ll then assign a score value to each vote, weighted by preference.

First Stage Voting: Opens: Now; Closes: 17/05/2020

Second Stage Voting Opens: 18/05/2020 Closes: 25/05/2020

We will then select the top choices to be sung at a Songs of Praise service on Sunday 31st May (31/05/2020) at 5.00 pm.

Please only submit one response per person to make it fair. Of course, everyone in your household is entitled to vote, but please let them make their own choices! Feel free to pass on the invitation to vote to anyone that might be interested.

The link to the second form will be distributed when submissions are being accepted.
