St George's, Shimpling is in the Chadbrook Benefice in South Suffolk along with Alpheton, Long Melford and Lawshall.
There
are monthly 9am services in this charming rural church (third Sunday)
and in Alpheton church (first Sunday), and a monthly evening service in
neighbouring Lawshall. There is also our informal 4 o'clock Community
