The morning office is celebrated quietly every weekday in St. Peter's by the clergy team with a small number of lay people, and all are welcome to join in.

The evening office is celebrated daily in St. Peter's at 6pm except on Mondays when it is said at All Saints' Wardley at 7.00pm. It is lead by the clergy team who are joined by a small group of lay people. All are welcome to join in. On major festivals, Sunday evening prayer is occasionally followed by Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament

For half an hour the sacrament is exposed upon the altar in one of our side chapels as a focus for prayer and meditation. There is spoken prayer to begin and end but most of the time is spend in silence. Our 10am Thursday mass follows.

On Thursdays the mass is preceded by Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament with silent prayer and devotions at 9.30. Mass at 10 is followed by coffee in a local cafe.

There will as usual on a Sunday be a said mass at 8am in one of the side chapels.

The main Sunday celebration of the Eucharist with sermon, choir and activities for children, using the modern rite with Catholic ceremonial. All ages are represented in the congregation and the average weekly attendance is around 90. On the first Sunday of the month this is a Parade Mass with the young people's uniformed organisations taking part.

Our usual main Sunday service with all the extra joy and festivity of Easter Sunday in our church in all its glorious Easter decoration.

Each Sunday from 12 noon to 12.45pm a team are available in the vestry at Saint Peter's to help with inquiries about baptisms, weddings, and the reading of banns. Arrangements for all the three churches of the parish can be made at this time. THE BOOKINGS SESSION WILL NOT BE HELD ON EASTER SUNDAY.

On the last Sunday of the month Choral Evensong will be at 4pm, lasting about an hour. Our choir (and our new organ) will lead us in prayer and praise. This is a new feature of our worship schedule as from February 2025. All welcome.

As usual on Easter Monday, our regular 11am celebration of the eucharist takes on an extra festal nature as is fitting for the Easter Octave. Refreshments of festival nature afterwards.

As well as publicly and corporately praying the Stations of the Cross on each Friday in Lent we have now restored our pre-COVID observance of doing so once a month, on the second Friday, during the rest of the year. We follow with an additional mass at around 8pm. In the Stations we trace the path of Jesus from condemnation by Pilate to his burial in prayer and meditation.
