We have joined other organisations in the village to offer a Warm Welcome - a place for people to go for a few warm hours and a cup of tea and a chat so you don't have to turn on your heating at home - or if you simply want a time of fellowship and companionship with others. Our warm space will be the church centre on a Friday from 2.00 to 5.00pm - please let us know if you can help out at one or more of these on a Friday afternoon. We also hope to offer craft activities, jigsaws and more.

Safeguarding

Our parish of Otford: St Bartholomew is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Rochester’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor by clicking the Read More button below. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services
