29/09/22 Significant reduction in restrictions at worship and events
The Vicar and PCC are pleased to inform the church and parish that most of our restrictions will be removed from Sunday 27 January but you are urged to practice caution at all times. The following measures will remain until the end of 2022 then be reviewed.
· We urge you to please continue to wear a mask (unless exempted).
· There will be no limit on numbers at all services, inc. weddings, baptisms, funerals.
· Sanitizer will remain in use throughout.
· There will be no need to book, nor sign in.
· The toilet will be available to all.
· Please maximize your own personal space.
· Space will be reserved for anyone shielding.
· All hymns will be sung, words of the service will also be sung as appropriate.
· The altar party will process at start/end.
· Seasonal service booklets will be used.
· Before seeking to make any kind of physical contact, please check with the other person.
. At the point where you may receive the bread and wine of Communion, please hold the wafer in your fingers and (when it comes to you) carefully dip it is the wine.
· The collection will be taken during worship, or you can make a card payment afterwards. Please help us recover by being generous.
· The front door will be entry and exit point.
· Sunday and Thursday services will continue to be live-streamed whenever possible (Thursday Mass now takes place at The Vicarage during the winter months)
