Physical activity is good for you, it increases your mobility and improves your strength and stamina. In addition to this, exercise enhances your mental health and capacity. However, for many people the gym is too expensive and the improved quality of life is out of reach. Not any longer!
Get Active is our solution to this problem. Thanks to Clarion Futures, we are offering a free twelve-week fitness course with two sessions weekly to those who meet our criteria. These sessions will be run by a highly qualified Personal Trainer with experience of working with some of Britains top athletes!
From September to December two groups of eight people can enjoy free group fitness sessions. One group is for young people aged 13-18 and the other for adults.
Spaces are limited. So register your interest for September’s program now to avoid missing out!

Other Features
Our Community Fridge aims to distribute fresh food for everyone.
We give out fresh food every Wednesday and Saturday at 9:15am. Specifically this includes a variety of bakery, fruit and vegetables, grocery and other items.
We provide food support to local households and reduce food waste. Despite our primary focus being the Ramsden Estate, we help a number of other families in Orpington and beyond.
The food is distributed on a first-come-first-served basis from tables in the car park. However, if it is raining, we serve the food from inside the main church building.
Fair Share and other local retailers provide the food we distribute.
