About Us

Unity Church was launched under a Bishop's Mission Order by the Bishop of Rochester on 3rd June 2012. The church is an exciting and innovative partnership initiative between members of the former Church of Unity, which has been serving the Ramsden estate since 1969, Christ Church (C of E) and Hope Church (Newfrontiers).

We are aiming to build a Christian community that provides friendship, encouragement and support for the journey of Christian discipleship, that is both theologically grounded and culturally relevant, that fosters creativity and the use of creative arts, that engages with and serves the needs of the neighbourhood community and provides opportunity for individuals to encounter, consider and respond to the Christian gospel.
