During these difficult times we need to look out for our neighbours more than ever and particularly those who were already more vulnerable and isolated. Many people living in care homes are some of the oldest and most vulnerable people in our society and now with few, if any, visitors allowed.

We would like to support our local care homes. In St Michael’s Parish, we have been in contact with Juniper House to ask what support they would appreciate.

They have said that “what would be lovely is for our residents to receive letters or pictures from the community, just to receive a positive message or a brightly coloured picture becomes a real focal point of their day.”
