Welcome to St George's Church, Wootton.

We gather to worship on Sundays at 10:30am - find out more information about our different Sunday services in the service and events section of this site - and everyone is welcome to come along.  On Tuesday mornings we hold a short, reflective service of Communion at 9.30am, followed by Community Café at 10am and we would love to see you there.

Whether you are taking your first steps in your faith journey, or looking to deepen your discipleship, we hope you will join us and share your story as together we explore the story of God's love for us through Christ.

Safeguarding

The parish of Wootton is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Peterborough’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO Gail Smith ([email protected]) or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (use link below). If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
