8am Holy Communion (in St Oswald's chapel in St Alban's church) - a short said service. A quiet service - the perfect way to start the day.
10.15am Family Communion - on the first, third, fourth and fifth Sundays each month (at St Alban's.) This is our main morning service. Our Worship reflects both our Anglican and Methodist identities and the changing shape of the church's year and seasons. With Sunday Club and groups for children and young people from 3 to 18.
A traditional carol service with choir, and readings.
Come dressed as a character from the Nativity.
This is a popular service so arrive early for a seat.
The First Communion of Christmas with choir
A group for all babies and children 4 and under plus their parents and carers. Featuring cakes/pastries by Little Shop and Pantry. £4 includes drinks and cakes. No need to book.
It sometimes continues in the School holidays (often fortnightly in the Summer holidays) so please contact the office to check (0117 973 1562)
6.30 pm Choral Evensong (at St Alban's) - on the first Sunday of the month. We join with our choir in worshipping at the end of the day in the service from the Book of Common Prayer. Wine and nibbles are served afterwards.
This service does not take place in August
10.15am Family Service (at St Alban's) - on the second Sunday of the month. A shorter all age service with child friendly talk, prayers and music.
Our 10.15am service on 19th January will be our Methodist Covenant Service
£2.50 for 2 pancakes, and £3.50 for 3 pancakes.

A service to mark Ash Wednesday
There will be an opportunity to pray for our departed loved ones, to light a candle and hear their names read out at our Choral Evensong on Sunday November 5th. If you would like someone’s name included in this service please put their name on the sheet at the back of church or let Emma know (preferably be email if you can)
