Baptisms

The birth of a child is an exciting time! If you're wondering about baptism please contact one of the clergy via the Church Office who will be happy to meet up with you to explain what is involved, and then discuss arrangements and provide some preparation if you want to go ahead.

We also offer a service of Thanksgiving for the Birth of a Child for those looking for a service in church to celebrate the new arrival, but who are not sure about faith or the commitment of baptism.

If you are an adult enquiring about baptism we can lay on a short course to help you decide about being a Christian.

Baptisms usually take place on Saturday afternoons.
