St Peters Church is part of the BENEFICE OF MONKS ELEIGH WITH CHELSWORTH AND BRENT ELEIGH WITH MILDEN AND KETTLEBASTON

St Peters Monks Eleigh is one of 5 Churches in our Benefice. Each of the five Churches takes turns to host the Sunday Holy Communion service which takes place at 10.15am. At St Peters on Wednesdays at 10am there is a Morning Prayer Service.

Children are welcome to St Peters. There is a play area set aside for the Children in the Church and we now have activity packs set aside for each age group to keep them occupied and interested during the service. We are hoping to introduce events such as Messy Church and we have a Pet Service every year.

All our leaders undertake regular safe guarding workshops so that we can protect vulnerable children and adults and the Church and all its events can provide a safe space and place for everyone.

St Peters is also open for private prayer as well we welcome the opportunity to pray for anyone regardless of whether they attend Church or not. The Church is open every day between 9am and 5pm.

We have a very talented group of bell ringers who practice on Thursday evenings. One of our bells is as old as the Church.
