The Easter Sunday sunrise Service takes place at 7am beside the cross outside Sr Peters Church, Monks Eleigh.
Holding lit candles we celebrate Jesus resurrection from the cross singing Taize songs and welcoming a new covenant with God.
It is a time when we celebrate new growth for us through Jesus as we decorate the cross with flowers and the purple cloth gives way to a white one.
After the service there will be hot drinks and baps inside the Church.
