The Annual Chaplaincy Meeting will be held in: Chapelle du Lycée Jeanne d'Arc Saint Aspais, 18 boulevard André Maginot, 77300 Fontainebleau on: Sunday 27th March 2022 11:15AM For election of chaplaincy representatives of the laity as follows – To the Chaplaincy Church Council For the appointment of Church Wardens For the appointment of Archdeaconry Synod representatives And for the appointment of the Independent Examiner of Accounts For the consideration of: (a)a report on changes to the Electoral Roll since the last annual chaplaincy meeting; (b)an Annual Report on the proceedings of the chaplaincy church council and the activities of the chaplaincy generally; (c)the independently examined financial statements of the chaplaincy for the year ending on the 31st December preceding the meeting; (d)a report of the proceedings of the deanery synod; (e)developments in Diocesan and Chaplaincy Safeguarding policy and practices (f)other matters of chaplaincy or general Church interest.The nomination forms for the election of Churchwardens and Chaplaincy Church Council members are attached.
