2025 marks the 1700th anniversary of the Nicene Creed. Join our friendly and informal discussion group on Sundays in Lent as we explore this summary of key Christian beliefs. A light lunch will be served. We'll be using a workbook by Richard Steel and published this year by Grove Books, which will be available to buy in advance. Sunday 16th March 12.15pm-1.15pm - I beleive in one God, the Father, the Almighty
We explore the opening, foundational words of the Creed

Sunday 23rd March 12.15pm-1.15pm - And in one Lord, Jesus Christ
Explaining the uniqueness of the only Son of God

Sunday 30th March 12.15pm-1.15pm - Who for us and for our salvation, came down from heaven
Exploring the birth, death, resurrection and ascension of jesus

Sunday 6th April 12.15pm-1.15pm - And I believe in the Holy Ghost
Exploring God as Trinity - Father, Son and holy Spirit

Sunday 13th April 12.15pm-1.15pm - And I believe one catholic and apostolic Church
