You are invited Sunday, 17th November for a special service in honour of Transgender Day of Remembrance.

Each November Open Table Liverpool dedicates its monthly communion service to Transgender Day of Remembrance (TdoR). This is a day when people all over the world remember those who have been killed as a result of transphobia. This is always a special service. Come along and join your voice and prayers with ours remembering those who have died and recommitting ourselves to building a world where all can be free of violence and to live authentic lives.

The service will be led by the Revd Laura Ferguson and Revd Lu Skerratt-Love. As always EVERYONE is '#morethanwelcome - bring a friend. #ComeAsYouAre.

After the service, you are welcome to stay on for refreshments.

Everyone is welcome at Open Table. Open Table is an LGBTQIA+ affirming Christian community which aims to create a safe and supportive place for you to explore your faith and what this might mean for your own spiritual journey. No matter who you are, where you've come from, or where your journey may take you, you will find a welcome.

Otherwise, feel free to continue to tune in on zoom. I, Warren, will be on zoom to welcome you (see below for joining details.)

We look forward to welcoming you either in person or on zoom!

St Bride's

St Bride’s is the Church of England’s Parish Church for the University and Canning area of Liverpool. We are committed to a vision of faith which is creative in worship, progressive in thought and inclusive of everyone. We’re offering something radically different from most mainstream churches. Come and join us!

We meet for worship every Sunday at 10am except on the last Sunday of the month which is a joint service rotating around the churches in our team. In March this will be at St Michael in the City at 11.15am; in April here at St Bride's as usual (with our Annual Meeting); and in May at St Dunstan's at 10am.

We also have a rotating programme of evening services. Please sign up for our e-news using the button at the bottom of our website homepage to be kept up to date: St Bride's Liverpool (stbridesliverpool.org.uk)

Weddings, Christenings and Funerals can be booked here when the church is not in use by other groups, and can also be hosted at our sister church St Dunstan's, so please do get in touch  if you would like to arrange one of these - either come along to a service and say hello, or email [email protected].

The church can be booked for regular groups or some one-off events; please be in touch with our bookings administrator Jackie on [email protected] to enquire about a booking. Please leave plenty of time for bookings!
