Over 30 trees decorated by local schools, community groups, charities and Priory groups celebrate the season and bring joy to visitors of all ages.

There’s no charge - why not ‘Join the Christmas Story’ or take part in the Nativity Trail whilst you’re visiting?

Everyone’s welcome to wonder at the story of the Nativity, told by two of the younger members of the Priory congregation, Roger, the Vicar and more!

Follow the trail, scan the QR code with your phone to see the videos and enjoy the scenes from the Nativity story, made by members of the Priory,

Pick up a free Nativity Trail leaflet, follow the Trail, find the words, and enjoy the wordsearch and maze and colour in the picture.

If the whole of the service is not necessarily suited suited to younger members then a Sunday School and a creche are available.

There is a Sunday each year when we have a Lifepath commissioning service and another Sunday when it is a Songs of Praise service.

A contemplative way to end the day…

A simple service from the monastic tradition, with chant sung by the lower voices of the Priory Singers and a short Advent reflection.

Come and have a cuppa and a chat. We provide a welcoming space and hot drinks.

A less formal evening service, led by either the Worship Band or the Praise Group, with plenty of opportunity for the congregation to join in. The service includes a short address.

A traditional service of BCP Evensong, with a psalm, canticles and an anthem sung by the Priory Singers. The service includes a sermon and three congregational hymns.
