About Us

Welcome to Capel United Church, a church with roots in both the Church of England and the United Reformed Church. We are people from many different backgrounds aiming to serve the civil parish of Capel. We use Five Oak Green Church for around half our services, often the more informal ones, and for much of our outreach to the community.

Regular Sunday services are held at either Five Oak Green Church or All Saints' Church Tudeley, and occasionally at St Thomas a Becket Church, Capel which is under the management of The Churches Conservation Trust.  Refreshments are served after our services, either in the coffee lounge at Five Oak Green Church, or in the hall adjacent to All Saints' Church which is dedicated to the local composer Arnold Cooke.
