St Mary's Bagby

Welcome to St. Mary's Bagby. We are a friendly village church in the heart of the village Bagby. We are part of a group of five local parishes based around Sowerby (Sowerby, Sessay, Bagby, Kilburn and Thirkleby).

Services are held at St Mary's at 10:30am every 1st Sunday of each month. We join with our sister churches, in rotation, for worship on the other Sundays of the month.

Our Priest in Charge is Rev. David Biggs working with our Church Wardens, Robin and Amanda

If you would like to enquire about weddings, baptisms or anything else, you can do that through our 'Get in Touch' page where you should select from the subject box the nature of your enquiry and fill in the form that comes up. One of our team will get back to you as soon as they can.

St. Mary's church in the parish of Bagby is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. For more information and helpful links and contacts please see our safeguarding page.
