Week of Prayer for Christian Unity 2024 – You shall love the Lord your God… and your neighbour as yourself
The film in our Film and Spirituality sessions is Schindler's List. It is a film based on true events telling a story about Oskar Schindler: a greedy German businessman who becomes an unlikely humanitarian amid the barbaric German Nazi reign when he feels compelled to turn his factory into a refuge for Jewish people. Because of his act of love he managed to save about 4,000 Jews from who would be gassed at the Auschwitz concentration camp. It is a story of human
transformation saying that there is goodness in all of us.
