About Us

Welcome to the Parish of North Thornaby, in the Church of England Diocese of York, which is part of the wider Anglican Communion.  As a parish firmly rooted in the catholic tradition of the Church of England, we are registered with the Society and St Wilfrid & St Hilda and are under the sacramental care of the Bishop of Beverley.

Our parish priest is Fr John Swinhoe SSC, who has been with us since November 2023.
