Christingle

Occuring
for 45 mins
Venue
St Nicholas' Church
Address
83 Holmechurch Lane Beverley East Riding, HU17 0QP, United Kingdom

Come and join us as we reflect on what it means for Jesus to be the Light of the World.

Join us at 4pm to make your own Christingle, and then we will learn what all the parts mean, we will sing some special seasonal songs, and share in the very special moment of lighting our Christingles together.

Everyone is welcome just to turn up, but if you can let us know you're coming using the link below, it will help us to make sure there are enough Christingles for everyone. Remember to book for everyone - adults and children!

All donations received at this service will go towards the work of the Childrens' Society. You can donate by cash or using our contactless unit.

St Nicholas' Church

We are a growing, generous and welcoming Anglican church in Beverley, worshipping God in our services and by loving and serving our community.

We are part of the Christian story of good news that God the Father's love for the world was shown in Jesus. God's Spirit teaches that story in the Bible, in sharing communion, in prayer and in our everyday lives. Our worship is a mix of liturgy and informality, with both contemporary and more traditional music.
