Following the Coronation this service provides an opportunity for all comers, regular worshippers or not, to give thanks for our newly crowned King and Queen and to pray for them. The special service will also look at the symbolism of the coronation regalia, the church being appropriately decorated.

St Nicholas

The parish church of St Nicholas stands high above the Main Street overlooking the Village Community Shop and Post Office.

It is open daily to visitors from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m

We welcome visitors at any of our services, listed below. 

The church porch, which is never locked, houses one of the village's defibrillators as well as a receptacle for gifts for the local food bank. A PIR detector turns the light on if you enter after dark.
