St Mary's Church, Marton in the Forest

A beautiful countryside church with a peaceful ambience and wildlife-friendly churchyard.
You may know us for our roadside sign: 'Find Peace & Tranquility Within'.
Marton Church is open daily for personal prayer.

Marton in the Forest is on the road between Stillington and Farlington (YO61 1NH).
Rev Steve Whiting recently retired and we are beginning the process of recruiting a new priest in charge.
In the meantime Marton Church is open for services and events, including baptisms, weddings and funerals.
Please contact the churchwarden or [email protected] for any enquiries or more information.

Labyrinths in Ryedale and Hambleton March 2026.pdf

As anticipated, the Spring Meadow is currently doing everything it can to take over our sawdust labyrinth! However we were able to make sure it was walkable for the Bank Holiday Weekend and World Labyrinth Day (Sat 2nd May)...
