Having spoken with all service leaders, clergy and PCCs, it's time to let everyone know that over a 6 month time frame we will be exploring new ways to come together in worship across the West Galtres Ministry Unit. This will include:in week 1, a shared service at St Stephen's for Aldwark, Alne and Tollertonin week 4, a shared service rotating around the churches for Skelton, Shipton and Newtonin week 3, a new West Galtres Celtic afternoon service in St Stephen'sin week 1, a new West Galtres Evening service of worship in St Michael'sin week 5, a new West Galtres Ministry Unit service of CommunionI am praying that these changes will help us deepen faith, friendships and grow our existing church congregations, so more will feel welcome to join us.Together I hope we can discern new ways of reaching out to our communities, especially to younger families and children.
