Dear Friends,

I hope that you are all enjoying the warmth, spring sunshine and the little lambs playing in the fields around us. We are reminded that Jesus is called the Lamb of God because he became a willing sacrifice for the sins of the whole world, and through what seemed to be defeat a stunning victory was won over sin and death.

Michael has written a Thought for the Week (attached) encouraging us to keep alert and live in faith as we approach Christ’s Passion and his glorious resurrection.

Romans 12:22 says:

Do not be conformed to this age, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may discern what is the good, pleasing and perfect will of God.

I have attached a form to this email and paper copies can be collected from the table at the back of Holy Trinity Church. The APCM will be held on Sunday 4th May, immediately after the 9am Communion Service.
