We are grateful to Peter and Charlotte Taylor for their kind donation of the Christmas Tree.

Thank you also to Richard & Lynne, David, Peter and Joanne for decorating the tree and the church in time for our Carol Service (17th December 2024).

Thanks to the our village community for attending, there were 70 of us in all, worshipping in traditional style with lessons and carols and followed by mulled wine and mince pies. 

Many thanks to Roger and Dawn hall for providing these delectable refreshments.

Finally thanks to everyone involved in planning and leading the event, our Licenced Lay Minister, our Organist, our choir, our Churchwardens, and Sidepersons, our hosts and hostess for the refreshments and their logistics.  And last but not least our cleaner (humbly working unseen) who is busy vacuuming up the crumbs.

It was really lovely to catch up with our guests and friends.

As the angels sang to the Shephers "Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men".
