Coming soon in Holy Trinity, Trimpley there will be a selection of fairly new fiction books for anyone to browse and take home with them. 

The idea came from a local resident who saw the scheme in another rural church and felt it would benefit the people of Trimpley. It works by people popping in to church and browsing the selection of donated, fairly recently published fiction books, choosing one or two to take home to read. They can then return them and exchange them for another. Donations of books are also gratefully received.

Buying new books, or even second hand ones can be out of reach for many people and the distance to the nearest library can be a challenge. So this scheme, for which there is no charge, can be a real benefit.

The books on offer will be monitored to maintain the selection as fairly recent - approximately the last 5 or so years (although there may be particular exceptions)
